Jennifer Madden

A Massachusetts native, Jennifer grew up spending her summers vacationing in Rye. She then attended UNH where she received her undergraduate degree. Jennifer then left for Boston where she culminated her interest in real estate by buying various properties in the city and elsewhere. With her husband she has bought, sold, held, acted as landlord, building manager, and developed apartments into condominiums. She has completed many 1031 exchanges and also has invested in larger commercial projects through a joint tenancy.

After 10 years of city life, and extensive travel through out the US and abroad, Jennifer moved back to Rye on 2001 with her husband and children, and they have never looked back. They have found the seacoast provides them a lifestyle like no other. So unique with the ocean, friendly people and easy access to cultural venues such as the Music Hall and Strawbery Banke, a favorite of her children.

Jennifer still manages some of her own investment properties and is always researching the next transaction. Her husband is in the commercial real estate business and they find they share the same passion for following the real estate market. With her wide circle of friends and acquaintances, and a close ear to the ground when it comes to watching properties in the area, Jennifer has found her "niche" in real estate. She understands through her own personal experience the importance of having an advocate when going through the steps of a real estate transaction.

In her spare time Jennifer will be found with one or all of her three young children, or volunteering her time at either Families First in Portsmouth or Rye Elementary School, where she sits on the Principal's Advisory Board. After that, if there's any time left, she'll play some tennis.
